TOWER AND WUNDA CHAIR LESSON (maximum 6 persons)

In the tower lesson, we start with some mat exercises as warm-up followed by abdominal work and, after that, we use the tower to perform several exercises where we use the springs resistance. It is advisable to have some knowledge about the Pilates technique before you perform this kind of lessons; they are not recommended for beginners.
